I know they're 1k a piece, but if Kcon won't offer refunds, then people who want to sell their shares will need to sell them cheaper than 1k, to compete with Kcon. I am taking advantage of that to get the best possible deal.
False. If Kcon is selling at $1000, and you cannot sell shares back to him, that is the maximum price. If one wants to liquidate their shares, they must compete with Kcon, and sell lower. I am looking for someone selling lower. If no such person is available, I will buy from Kcon.
If you have 1 share (assuming your math is right) then yes. But if you have 20 shares you get $1,000 a week. Think of it as a money generator.
I still don't understand. Your paying more to buy stocks that are less. If you buy from Kcon, 45 shares cost 45k. But your offering a higher amount, for the same amount of shares.
The shares cost 20k. 1k per week still ends up being 20 weeks. It only becomes a money generator after 5 months.
Here's another idea, suppose you buy 20 shares, then after 5 months youv got your 20k back in dividends, then there is only 2 possibilities, either u are now getting free money ever week, or the market crashes, and I, the owner will pay u back the 20k from your original investment. In this case, u will make 20k. If the market crashes before the 5 months is up, then u will still get your 20k back. There is really nothing to loose
But you earn your money back per share much faster. It'll take 20 weeks if I buy one share to earn back one share. It'll take 1 week to earn back one share if I buy 20 shares. If I buy all 500 shares then it'll take less then a day to earn back one share. I'll be earning 25k a week. All I'm saying is, it's a great investment, I wouldn't pass it up.
May I point out that this is not a stock market. You are purchasing an asset or several assets in the hope that it will appreciate in the future. You are offering ECC members a "safe investment". However, with any investment comes risks. You are putting yourselves in a risky situation as, depending on what you invest in, there are many factors that could reflect in you losing money. There are frankly too many risks with investing in some of things you suggested for you to be able to offer the guarantee you are offering. I hope you invest in the right things, otherwise, you could put yourself in a sticky situation.
The problem is, a lot of us won't be around after 5 months. It's a good deal if you plan on staying long term, but waiting till January is a long time.
