I see quite a range of prices in response to this question whenever it comes up.....

Anywhere from 25k to 80k (Rising towns might be a bit more, idk).

 

It's always possible to just buy a semi-flat town and flatten the rest yourself for a much cheaper price. 10k-30k at the most.

 

I bought a 200x200 on the water half filled with dirt for 10k and sold it the next day for 30k. Towns that are completely flat but bear from buildings are quite rare. You would probably need to buy one with buildings on it and clear them out. But Id say you could easily get what your looking for, for 30k. That's only 2 weeks of voting :)

 

Personally I dont think that there is ever going to be a set amount of money for a flat town as it is just luck if you get one for 30k or one for 70k it all depends on the owner. :)

I want to buy more towns and flatten them but no one is selling. I will have one for you once someone does sell me their town and i flatten it.

 

im sorta contemplating selling my town, it has 50k+ quarts, is flat and has a 200x200 nwart far, with lift signs and a few gates, theres lots if room to do whatever you like. i want between 90k-120k, although some people have given me what i believe to be unrealistic figures of 300k upwards, pm me ingame
