    No, we cannot change the entire phrase. Therefore, I propose that we make it "When the [insert] is/are orange" and Presidents+ have the option of what they wish to insert. An interchangeable phrase! :)

    And as for the picture, personally I am not a huge Obama fan. Maybe something less political, shall we? :D

    or

    Well like I said, either of the two phrases may be used from here on. If you wish to get rid of the first phrase, please get in contact with me. If 10+ people wish to get rid of it, then "The orange walks at dawn" will be the sole phrase!
