Naturally spawned cacti grow back? I kinda doubt that's true, ALL cacti growth is disabled.

 

That's the first time I've heard that cacti growth is disabled. If that is the case, then I don't understand why you wouldn't be allowed to place cacti because the reason for preventing cacti placement is so people can't grow them and have autofarms for them.

It would be easy enough to check out, though.

 

No placing em, no growing em

Theres no point to place em if you can't grow em.

 

You could use them for decoration.
