Sorry @Emau Since this is not truly an official auction (the title is quite misleading) I need to clarify that I will need up to one week (official auction rules and should not take me that long) to clear out my existing shop.

I never even considered that you, or kick, did anything shifty or underhanded. Players have the right to negotiate sales in whatever manner they wish. The only issue I personally had was in the title - as this was not even close to an "official" auction. In fact, it was not even an auction at all and should have been titled as for sale instead imho. That said, I am glad that you were both able to negotiate a sale that both parties were satisfied with! Congratulations to the both of you.
