you do understand nishorgo that you are a builder so in any way you can be adding people to any towns not even if you are co-mayor... and i am sorry but what you are doing is wrong .. in NONE of my towns i would allow you to do that... and obviously it is not working what you are trying to do.. since no one wants to apply

You plan fails for many reasons but I won't bother listing them here. Pm if you really want to know.

 

Goodness. You don't have to bump your thread every couple of mins.
First of all you couldn't do this unless you were the co-mayor or mayor of the town becausde you can't add people to the town.
Second of all if no one seems interested if even if you bump your thread every few minutes they probably aren't interested at all
Third of all You'd be better off farming. It is more efficent then bumping your thread every few mins finding a town that ill accept your business build the plot divide the plot find people that will live there and split the profits evenly. You porbably lose money from this.
Fourth This is about as fair of a business as scamming is. Even if you do money you only spent 1k and made money while the mayor spent 85k+ and only get 1k while the owner of the plot gets most the money. Why don't you get your own town and do this with your town.
Sorry for raging I think this should all be pointed out.

Honestly as a mayor (I own a town but am not mayor) of a town I would`nt appreciate someone buying plots and selling for higher when there`s one right next door for considerably less <_< ALSO it is kind of exploiting something that`s not yours.

If he does`nt like it then just don`t use his town to get money. I can understand using an inactive building for re-sale but buying a plot to compete with the TOWN OWNER is just not really nice :/

Once you sell a plot, that area of land does not belong to you as the mayor anymore.

 

yes it does i have the right to remove anyone for any reason as long as i give the. the materials back.

 

Property belongs to the mayor. The mayor may sell plots for people to live in, but they still have full control over the plots. He may remove anyone from his town for whatever reason.
