However I am curruntly selling a room at my house at Distropia which is Fully Furnished and has gifts and good (NOT DIAMONDS) in the chest. An account balance over $2500 as you will need to buy houses and then sell them and pay me $500, for insurance on grief and stealling and illegal buying from your rooms, if you do not want insurance you do not have to pay me anything!
If you have a house you have a little experience on what a house looks like and how it should be presented!
Are you new? This is important as in our company you have to be atleast 1 month old, as you have more ideas on the system rules and the value of the currency we currently have.
If you have sold a house before you have experience on the pricing and profiting on it, therefore you have experiences in letting. How many? More houses you have sold more experience you have!
How many houses have you bought, therefore you should understand how customers feel when they want to buy your room. What kind of Possesions do you normally have in your inventory or chests? This is important so i can know how much you trade and how much experience you have in selling anything from dirt to diamonds!
Do you have a shop? experience matters, on trading and value of ecc currency.

I will simply put him to another branch or I will pay the mayor an negotiable amount to put him into the town. And I will also ask the mayor if i could have permission to add people to town by becoming co-mayor of anytown, if I do whatever town that is, I will put my main branch there. I have got everything planned you know!

To be perfectly frank. At the start, i think this was nothing more then an attempt to tarnish thehockeykid's reputation.
And you realize the is a "edit button, you don't have to correct yourself in a later post.
So you want to buy a plot
Split the rooms. And sell them for a total higher then the plot.
So basically you are cheating the owner of the town out of money by selling THEIR plots that THEY cleared and THEY bought for 85k MINIMUM? -
which I legally then bought from the mayor so I then own the plot, and I don't know what you Mean exactly? They might also have bought the town plot for 85K so they can get to sell the plots for profit!So I do not know what you mean! It is perfectly legall and a good business! I will ask the mayor or make a negotiable price so that's person can join the town within as soon as possible! It is a way of making money until I can afford a town of my own, this post is for applying only. not for complaints.
