OVERVIEW

In the city of Mine York, I am making a huge project. I am making a beautiful, luxurious, and extremely large hotel and casino, called The Imperial. (Thanks ajr000 :D ) I have already completed most of the exterior, but an extreme amount of work is needed on the interior. The Imperial currently occupies a 45x30 space and is nearly to the sky limit. I am making this a very realistic hotel/casino, with a beautiful lobby, 2 casino floors, and a mall below the hotel rooms. Rooms will be available for rent and for purchase once it is completed. I am nearly broke from working on The Imperial and I still need a massive amount of materials to complete this. I am also planning on making an expansion to The Imperial, which will double the casino space and mall space and add a new hotel tower. The Imperial currently has 9 casino games, a 2 story bar, a McDonand's made by DFat, and a partially complete bar and grill. I am running out of casino space and mall space so this expansion would be very beneficial. Additionally, I would love to add more hotel rooms to allow more people to live in here. I am predicting my total costs to finish the main tower and the expansion to be $150,000. Therefore, donations to help fund this project would be greatly appreciated.

PENTHOUSE

I am accepting a pre-order for the penthouse at the very top of the main tower. It is a very beautiful room with an excellent view of Mine York and the surrounding towns. I haven't gotten that far up yet interior wise, but I am expecting it to be at least 2-4 floors high. It has 4 very large windows on each side, as you can see in the pictures. I am looking for offers for this room. If you are interested, please PM me on the forums with a reasonable offer. I am looking to get around $120k-150k for this room, so please PM me an offer at least in that range.

You are right that I do have a lot of workers. But not all of them are active or really work and also, some people stop working and just quit. Also, I have some people that work at other places than the games. For example, I have two bartenders and 3 people that work at the bar and grill. And 2. I am expecting such high costs because I still have very much more to do inside the first tower and it is mostly wool inside which is very expensive. And I am predicting very high costs for the second tower for the expansions, like over 100k considering I've spent almost that much on the main tower and it is still not complete and the second tower will be wider too. Thanks for your opinion though.
