About The Hub: The Hub is an upcoming project that will span over a 200x600 area. I'm estimating completion time to be around December. The Hub will focus on a few different aspects of eco, the main city will be modern and well designed (unlike my job ad). In order to become a resident of The Hub you will have to fill out an application, and that application will be reviewed. Then you might be extended the offer of becoming a member. The main city will be a 200x200 town and will have a coliseum for pvp fights (modern themed coliseum so more like an arena), there will be a few community buildings and some prebuilt houses. Once you become a member of the town you can move into a prebuilt, or you can build your own house as long as it meets design requirements and is tasteful... more will come later on this, as things are decided. What I can tell you is that The Hub is a major project that will take thousands of hours to complete and millions of Eco Dollars. Consultants - These are people who are respected in the game for many different reasons. I will need consultants for pitching concepts, designs and general consulting. Feel free to apply for this, however, most of the people I want to consult with will be invited by me to apply. This position will act more or less as a retainer for those selected. The actual consulting for each person should not exceed 1-2 hours for the entire project spread out over several months, this will be a lot of, "hey come look at this and see what you think". This is a paid position. Foreman/ lead - You will need to have experience with large builds, city layout, modern themes and be able to go from concept to finished product. This is not a job for the light hearted, nor is it something a novice can fulfill. This position will oversee the transformation of a 200x200 area! This position will not be responsible for removing and placing every block, I'm looking to hire that out to builders. This is a design position, not a dirt placer, or stone placer job. To even remotely be considered for this I will need to see some of your builds, original builds not stuff that has been copied or that you paid someone else to build for you. There are very little restrictions on blocks that can be used. This is not a very hard position for the qualified person. This is a paid position. Clearing crew - As the title suggest these are the workers who will clear the entire area which is 200x600! This might be hired out to CF Clearing Co., however, I would like to give other people the chance to work also. So if you like to clear land this is for you! This is a paid position. Land for hubfarm1 and hubfarm 2 are being removed down to bedrock. This is moving along at a good pace. I expect excavations to be finished by early April. After careful consideration and feedback given we will be adding another town, for the sole purpose of hosting events.

Im interested. Some things I built are in /warp Aquaterra( Large statue of Poseidon, PvP Arena, Garden Area, Town Hall is still being adjusted). Good for Helping, Building, Consulting, whatever needs.
