Why you should be apart of the HoboCapitol:
At the HoboCapitol, we have a solution for most of your needs! Need a place to live? Plenty of apartment rooms open. Need to set up a place of business? Plenty of floors in our skyscraper's for you to set up a store, office, casino, or even a storage unit. How about a farm? We have a nation farm open to all town members! How about a job? We have a Career Center open to everyone, even those not in the town. What about just help and a cool community? That's what we are for, to help each other out and to have fun! How about something not listed here? Maybe just ask me @SirChilledMrHobo about it! For all these great reasons, why not join the HoboCapitol!

Real-Estate available:
The HoboCapitol has many pieces of real-estate for sale and for many needs. Currently available are apartment rooms and skyscraper levels. You can do what ever you need in these real-estates from a home, store, or even a storage unit. To see a complete and detail list of all real-estate available, click Here.

Rules of HoboCapitol:
All members of HoboCapitol must agree and follow the rules.

Town rules:
1. All server rules are in effect.
2. No greifing. That means destroying something that you don't own.
3. No stealing. This includes items from chests that are unlocked.
4. You can only build in your land/room you own.
5. All members must be active.
6. If inactive for seven (7) plus days, you may be evicted.
7. Must replant the nation farm.
8. Don't lock anything you don't own.

Apartment/Skyscraper/Tower Rules:
1. All Server, Town, and Nation rules/laws are in effect.
2. You can not change the wooden floor, walls, or windows.
3. You may add what ever you want to the room, decorate to your hearts content!
4. You must inform the building manager what you intend to do with the level/room. So to keep prices fair.
5. Must be active.
6. If inactive for seven (7) plus days, you may be evicted.

Points of interest:
-Town Hall: First and oldest building in the HoboCapitol. The town warp is located there, has crafting stations, and rules. Also is were the town treasury chest is currently located.
-Bison Steve Tower: First Skyscraper (Tower) built and is currently the tallest. At the time of its building it was considered a tower and not a skyscraper.
-The HoboCapitol Career Tower: This is the Career Center were you can find jobs or hire people for jobs.

History of HoboCapitol:
Wow that's going to take time to put together and is not yet ready!

 

Today I began to evict players that where inactive for more then 7 plus days. These users have only been inactive for 7 plus days and even though this is in violation of the town rules, they will not be banned from the town, they will simply have their items and property seized and sold by the city. The money we get from the seizers will go straight to the city bank and will be used to fund future city projects. If any of the following users do return to the sever we will gladly set them up in a apartment room with the first week being free of rent and they will have access to the city food supply.

Properties that where seized: We seized 4 10x10 plots of land. They have mostly been demoed down and LWC's have been filled. I do not plan to resell these plots of land and instead build shops and housing units that can be rented or bought out.

Total money from seizers: $2,189.53 this money was then converted to 78 diamonds and added to the city bank.

What's currently in the City Bank: $14,625 worth of diamonds or 585 diamonds.
*PLEASE NOTE* The money in the cities bank comes only from the profit of the city, all the profit I have been able to generated via the city has been added to the city bank and will be used in future city projects. Most likely town features.
