This is a beautiful 200x200x6 3 floor melon, 3 floor pumpkin farm with selling of perms of only 15k. Along with this amount of money, you get free e-repairs, the use to use the farm whenever you would like, and the beautiful vista of the farm itself. There are only a few rules.

RULE#1: If any seeds are broken it is YOUR responsibility to make sure all seeds are back placed or anything else that has been broken. This includes glass, water, seeds, dirt, etc.

RULE#2: All PAYMENTS MUST BE AID IN FULL UNLESS I GIVE YOU PERMISSION TO PAY IN TIME. In order to use the farm the whole 15k MUST be paid in full.

RULE#3: If i find ANY amount of griefing, (which i will inspect the farm every Saturday) then you will be given a strike. Each strike goes towards your name in the penalty board. Once you have received 3 strikes then you may NO LONGER USE THE FARM! If you wish to use the farm again after you have received 3 strikes, then you may buy perms again for the original amount of 15k. for every strike you receive there will be an additional fee. first strike's fee is $500. the second is 1k. the third is punishable. You have been warned.

If you decide to use the farm, and you currently live in my town of Naperville, then perms to the farm are only 10k. If you would like to receive that 5k drop i the pricing, then you may buy a villa/mansion in my town of Naperville for 20k. total pricing would be 30k total then. When Buying perms, there are also a few perks that go along with it. you get 2 free storage lockers on the roof for your own personal use. yup I remember. i have water as well, and I will make sure alot of it is done by me dont worry. this is my project and wont take advantage of others helping all I am expecting of this farm is people to enjoy themselves :)
