How long have you been playing minecraft?

How long have you been playing EcoCityCraft?

Within those two questions will give you your answer.

 

I gotta agree with Jacob. Also, dragon, experience doesn't mean everything, just because he's only been on the server for 5 months doesnt mean he doesn't know anything about minecraft. For example, I have a teacher who's been teaching for 25 years, and hardly any of my classmates think she's a good teacher; meanwhile, I have another teacher who's been teaching for just three years who everyone really likes.

 

He wasn't here for when ECC was in its prime. Neither were you. Neither of you experienced ECC when it was great, now it has gone downhill unfortunately. And a hub server would take us so far away from an economy that I can't even...

 

Why do you think that? What do you know about our plans that would make you think that?

 

Well, I believe ecc was great when I first joined, the early summer of this year. No I wasn't clueless about how things worked when I joined because I know people irl that have in fact seen the server in its better days. Yes, ecc has declined, but like andrew said, he and the administration wouldn't just crash something into the ground that's been flying for four years.

For now, though, let's just stop the bickering and wait until phys and/or andrew make more official announcements about this.

 

You're taking my words differently. Am I implying experience? No. I'm implying memories. What does he remember? That could mean the difference between my opinions, and his.

 

People whine about nothing to do ECC is dying.
Then we add stuff people whine and say ECC will die because of it.

Oh and then there's the absolutely clueless people to how servers works that say "all we wanted was skyblock or other mini games" because that's even remotely possible to add to one minecraft instance without the use of a bungee hub to prevent serious lag and balance the cpu/network load. Lmao.

I now realize the best thing to do is lock this thread and tell everyone to simply wait and see.
I can't be bothered to read and continue all the pointless apocalyptic discussion here. After 4 years I've seen too many doomsday conspiracies on ECC. Lol. Please spare me this one time.
If you like what we do stay and enjoy. If you don't once it's up and running quit.
