Brief Description:
If you use /tell to message someone it will message them in the normal vanilla chat i think it is? Anyway, it is a different chat.

Instructions:
1. do /tell <FULL username> <message>
2. Look at how it sends the message

How many times did you recreate this bug?:
Many times. Worked everytime.

Result:
have to type full username and having it use the normal messaging system.
Expected Result:
Use up regular chat and not require full ign to message the person.
