You realise you need to purchase teleport before you can buy teleport+, right?

I would recommend TP. I don't have TP+, so I can't really comment on whether it's worth it, or not.

The only real useful feature in my opinion would be /top. Any other features are more for fun.

 

Tp+, in my opinion, is worth it. Even though I got tp+ by mistake (I accidentally clicked tp twice) I don't regret it. /top is quite useful, but /j is awesome. You can jump across ravines, go on top of buildings, jump down a mineshaft... I love tp+. I guess it all depends on if you would use these features enough. But personally, I'd say go for it :)

 

Tp+ is great for traveling and parkour, as well as many other things. I would highly recommend it for any player who has $20 USD to spend.

 

Is /j basically the same as an enderpearl?

 

yea, except you take damage with and enderpearl, they cost a lot and aren't as convenient as using a compass to jump
