    the tb hour long cooldown is no longer there tried asking to see if that was usual but mods must be busy or something

    I was able to successfully reproduce this on my alt, it appears that the travel bag cooldown is not functioning on both M and MN

    This has now been fixed and is live on all Main servers! :)
