Update! Wow! You guys are so generous! I thought I'd write a little post on where I am up to. After speaking to a couple of people and trying to establish a base for where I'm going to do this, I've come a long way in just under 24 hours. Completed: * Thanks to @314 I have created a space in PivillePairs for the mall to be built upon. I cannot say how large the area is, but I can say it will be at least 2/3 floors high with the possibility of a 4th floor if things go well. * Thanks to your guys generosity I have had multiple offers of help to build, to become staff and to donate money. Special thanks go to the first donator, @miniCLH who has donated $15,000 ECD! * I am currently in conversation with the Vault Of ECC, run by @Obblebobble about the possibility of sponsership. Obble has offered to pay a large sum (if not the whole sum) towards the build. Once the transaction is complete, Vault Of ECC will be Taylor's Mall Ltd.'s sponser! Whilst I will keep the details private, I can assure you that Vault Of ECC will not loose put on their investment! Currently Uncomplete: > I am yet to start building as I need a design and to employ a team of builders, which will be done when I get the financial deal sorted with @Obblebobble at Vault Of ECC. > I am also yet to decide on the size of the shops and their costs. My aim is to make them cheaper than spawn shops, and to have shops of different sizes. I'm currently in the process of excavating an area of land so that the plots for the mall are the same size. This should be complete by tomorrow evening (8/4/16), after which building will (hopefully!) begin. There has been a lot of people who I have spoken to willing to help build, so I am going to attempt to get a Private Forum PM set up, with you all and then I'll try to get everyone involved in some way. @zjkhan will be leading the building alongsidd myself, once he has the designs up. You guys will be added very soon This is the very first screenshot of the mall in progress (no build yet). The picture shows the plots and the dimensions of the build. I have applied for a /warp inside of the Eiffel tower (which may be moved at some point if I decide it is in the wrong place) and I'm in the process of digging out one layer of stone/dirt from each plot, ready for the flooring to be put down.
