Not the case for me, I have a guess.
I could imagine that tab rounds differently than /bal?
A balance with more than two digits after the period can be caused by sportsbook payouts. (See /bank bal as evidence.) -

it's probably just poor rounding on placeholderAPI's part.

I was thinking about this, your balance is probably appearing as more exact, that is just rounding so
$10,000.459 that would be rounded to $10,000.46 because the 9 would round it up, it is probably rounded up because of stock trader and such. To round it all up the tab balance is more rounded up then your actual balance. Hope this helps
