    6. Why do you want it gone/reasons?: he is on/under my property in a town he is not in.

    they will take all the items inside, i kinda want them lol. and they arnt added to the town that it is in so they are not a member.

    The co-ords you gave me do not lead to a town, it is in the wild. I am not unlocking a chest, in the wild, for a user who was on 12 hours ago.
