Suggestion 1: Make a sg arena just for people who don't want to play with people that have kits (ex.builders). People who play this sg arena will receive less money(or no money) than the area that have kits.
Reason: I don't think people like to pay tons of money for sg kits so they can win sg. I paid $30 for ccp and i still don't win anything, i'm sure that many people who have kits feel the same way. Another reason is many players join just for sg and they get killed by people with kits then they just leave the server.
Suggestion 2:
Make the chances of the "kit free" matches 50% so people have a higher chance of getting in a kit free match
Reason:
Players who want to play kit free matches don't get too because it takes time to join a match and hope its a kit free match. I've been to 20 games and only joined 2 kit free today, the odds of joining a kit free is really unlikely and i want the odds to be changed. May the odds be in your favor :3
Suggestion 3:
Change the items in the kits
Reason:
Many items in these kits are really op and can kill anyone even a person with iron armor with a few hits. Its not fair to people because they can die from someone with op stuff they just spawn in, while the person who's playing it legit gets killed by these pay2win people.
Suggestion 4:
Change items in the chests
Reason:
If you think its funny for us to fight people with op stuff then at least give us some good stuff in the chests. These chests are filled with things that are useless for example gold ingots, flints and tons of wooden items. I think you guys should just remove the wooden swords and replace it with stone weapons and good armor. Or add rare items in these chests like potions enchanted swords like in the kits.
Other Information:
I remember a long time ago when sg was first introduced to ecc. It was really fun to play with friends and enjoy the game and survive together and play together. Then ecc introduced kits -_- and everything was rekt for people who want to play sg. The End

Umm... here's the thing... I can say that, from experience, a LOT of discussion has been going on about kits. Or at least when I was on the team. But, it's not as simple as saying "kits are bad, lets remove them". There are a lot of legal issues. Believe it or not, we can actually be sued for changing bfr or doing something of the sort.

In my opinion, the suggestion with better items in chests doesn't sound too bad. Maybe add some axes (Yes, they can actually make some difference in battle) or even - as a rare find - diamond equipment?

One problem with this. Lets say someone gets a diamond chest plate. Then I come along with my big bad buffer and kill him. All of a sudden, I'm pretty much invincible with my pf and diamond.
Once again, there may be legal issues involved in it. I am not too sure, but as Jakeyray explained in the TS interview, we want to change kits, we just can't find any ways to do it at the moment. This may have changed, but until we get some insight on this from a SA or possible the server owner, Phys, this is most likely what is going on.
