Suggestion: Giving people the ability to pay other users money over the forums.

Reason: Because people are all in different timezones and you don't always catch the person who you loaned money to online it is easy not to get payed back your loan/payment plan. I know that it is already possible for money to be payed back to signs, but this would be so much easyer for everyone and more easy to check for admins.
