Did no one read my message? Mojang made it so that slabs/stairs/some blocks cannot be auto-broken, (something to do with the settings/configs of the block), super breaker just makes your current tool add +5 efficiency, So efficiency 5 goes to efficiency 10, you just can't auto-break slabs/stairs/some blocks.
As of now, it works as intended. If you want it to change, I suggest you send a feature request to Mcmmo, not here.
