Suggestion:Add a separate lottery for every rank and possibly change ticket price for every rank. OF course builders having cheapest and Eco leaders having the highest!
Reason:A lot of people loose a lot of money in lotto because there isn't a lot of money in the pot and they think they have a chance then the rich put 50 tickets in the pot at the last second or "snipe", and win but sometimes make no profit but take everyone else's money. The lotto ranking system would fix this problem and let everyone win a little bit of cash.

I'm a poor user who's addicted to the lotto, I play with a small amount of tickets each time, I lose a lot.
I still say lottery is for the rich, lotto is for rich people to have fun, if you can't have fun then either become rich or don't play the lotto. -

This suggestion is based on the notion that you have some reasonable expectation of winning the lotto or making money doing so.
At the end of the day, lotto is designed like the casino. Only the house truly wins.
