Jetscat Red - It would would not discourage the voting, for food, at all. Not everyone will have the donation feature, and food being extremely easy to get, they would probably spend their money on others, before actually putting their feet into this one. Yellow - I'm sorry, but I do not believe that this feature, would affect the market, and economy of the server, to a point it should not be added. When I said that, I was exaggerating, in a way, I could express myself. Everything harms the economy. Green - When we talk about "Restaurants" builders, and lower ranks are there main source of income. When selling food. You cannot just go about and say you, and many others, buy food, who are higher ranks. When I say this, I'm talking about the majority, and stating a fact. The reply to your second post. I probably expressed myself wrong, and I do believe so, that some people, but not an majorly amount of people, that would affect the economy an ton, would do this. What I really meant to say, is that most people, are more busy with getting "Melon swords" and wasting hundreds, to achieve one of these, to spend their Nstars on food. It'll discourage my act of voting, I vote because not only do I want to respect the server, I want to get quick food, and support the server while doing it. I've heard others say they only vote for the food exchange. It would discourage the act of voting, quit using "at all" unless you know your facts - At all simply would mean no one would do it, this is completely false, as I said before. Yes, everything harms the economy, but why harm it anymore then it already is? Just to add a feature for those who're lazy? We've got enough donation features, we don't want to take out another aspect of the economy. Green still makes no sense.. What do you mean by restaurants? The overuse of commas inside that statement is by far to hard to read. If this was indeed implanted, would I stop voting? Of course not, would I vote much less, of course. I would vote on my off-time, and not when i'm in need of food quickly, which I do presently. Well of course, I have a Melon Sword, but I still voted for food when I needed it. This donation feature has been suggested in the past, and has been turned down for the obvious fact that it discourages voting, although it may not to you, or the 'majority' of the server as you say, it still discourages some people I know, that vote mainly for the food.
I think /feed would make a better addition to extra commands plus. For the amount of money payed to get that, I feel like making this an addition to that would make it more worthwhile to get it. I do realize that E-repairs and anvil use are pretty big reasons to get the feature already, but this would add just a little extra incentive to buy that. I also have to say that, I doubt this would discourage anyone from voting for food if they use the food in the pvp world. Commands are disabled in pvp world, so you wouldn't even be able to /feed in there.
When you reply to threads, you don't need to be constantly making yourself at the top. I do not know everything, I do not have an answer to everything. Which I probably would guess it is the case for most people, including you. This last week, or so. I've been trying to act up, and show I can put my standards to an high level, and achieve them. You are really starting to get to my nerves, with all these posts. It's even seems like your trying to put me down, not to mention the "Off-side" trolling you are making, with your "+1's" and what not, knowing I do not like it. If you don't have anything constructive to say, please don't say anything.
I was just stating facts in this thread - There's nothing wrong with saying "+1" It has nothing to do with trolling, and I don't see a problem with it. If someone doesn't want to justify their selves, they don't have to. I was saying how I was really confused on what you were trying to argue here. I was putting up a simple argument, I wasn't trying to get on your nerves, or troll. Sorry if stating an opinion, even if it's two characters, is offensive, but as I said, someone just don't wish to justify their reasoning for an argument. I said +1 to andrew's post because I agreed to it. I don't need to explain to you why, some things we can't explain, so we simply put a +1. In that case, you initiated the trolling. I simply said Where you then said, I'm welcome to say +1 if I'd like to, there's no rules about it, and if there was, they would be pretty.. unwise. And I said I'm fine, because I'm welcome to state my opinion on your thread. You then got trolled by others, yes, but you initiated those trolls by saying what I said above. It's okay. But you need to understand, that when I say it once, and I know you saw me saying it, because you made a rating of my post, saying I don't like "'+1's". Then you come on a thread I create, and +1. Me, trying to be sociably funny, say what you quoted above. You then state you like your "+1's" or whatever else you said. After being trolled by another user, I was already not liking what I saw, then come to my post, with an you stating "Someone who knows what there talking about". This wasn't mainly why I got angry, It was simply because you decided to add a "+1" to it. There is no rule against doing it, you are right. But knowing you. Instead of keep an constant rate to it, and do it over and over, I'd stop doing it, in particular threads, etc. Where you see an user who does not like those types of ratings, made the thread, etc. I can't obligate you to stop doing what you want, or make rules of my own, and make you follow them. You really, can do whatever you want, with consequences or not. But I was simply asking for a act of "kindness" coming from your part. I'd also like to add. I have nothing particular, of not liking "+1". Its just the way some people say it, and when they say it.
I agree. Adding this to ExtCommands+ would encourage people buying this even more. Me being a Ext.Commands user, would love to see this added!
