Suggestion: i suggest that there is a new lotto where people can only buy one ticket per lotto.

Reason: i think this would be really fun and everyone would have an equal chance in the lotto, because some people are only able to buy 1-2 tickets while others are able to get up to 650 tickets or higher!

Any Other Information: i think people will be more involved in this lotto, however these people may be of lower ranks than people who participate in the regular lotto.
