Free tools, free enchantments, no pvp reward, no enchantment risk just free tools for everyone with every enchant on it?

Sounds like easy mode and would kill several portions of the economy (diamonds, exp, pvp) There would be no incenetive to make money or to do anything if you could just goto a shop and take whatever you wanted.

As always keep the ideas coming though.
