I am here to propose the implementing of paying other users via forums {Transferring Money over Forums}

I don't know if there's a single option in the Admin Panel or something, but I noticed something earlier when I was stalking @a18greek18's profile, and it came up the option to "Transfer Money" but I "Didn't have permission" to do it, and honestly I don't see any cons about this other than maybe alts transferring money via forums? But other than that, all are pros if you really think about it.
