Add mailboxes that you can put items in
Reason:
I think it will be a good idea because, now that donation chests are gone, people are sad that they can not donate items anymore. If mailboxes were added, players would be so happy that they can donate items again.
Other Information:
Maybe have them be made out of 2 fences and a chest on top. Also, the person that places the mailbox, is the only one to be able to take the items out.

Wouldn't this be exactly the same as donation chests, which were just removed, and I am sure it was for a good reason, so basically you are suggesting adding them back?

Well, I guess some players would consider that bringing it back, but this would be not a lock but an actual item dedicated to donations. I do get what you are saying though.

Honestly?
This is far too much work in my opinion for such little gain.
Have a trade sign buying items, or just taking money in.
Not something I would find a good use of time.-

I dont know about mailboxes but something should be considered or xmas is going to be a lot more lame next year. No more chests under the tree for all of town and ecc santa to put gifts in.
Maybe instead of a mailbox a gift box? Loss of donation chest ended all non face to face unplanned gift giving. That sucks for everyone.-

Well, If you were on a vacation and could not get to the player, you could just have the mailbox sitting around for them when you are busy.

It's exactly a donation chest, we are just trying to reskin it to trick Jamie into reenabling donation chests.
Just kidding, obviously. When I suggested something I was imagining it would obviously be a donation chest basically but it could be use at your own risk. However that idea has been shot down in another thread, so there you go. This will be known as the year Jamie cancelled xmas when our grandchildren look back on history. :p-
