This is kind of a easy thing to fix, have their be a application. The other user that wants to be a member of the shop have them answer like it is a contract. Does anyone get that?
+1 I believe this would benefit those looking to rent out high tier spawn shops as well as those members who would like to pay a user to build them an amazing spawnshop design.
You can not punish the majority for something the minority does -- that's bad mentality. The majority of people would use this system correctly.
