Minecraft Name: @oreo1227 Suggestion: I suggest adding a command that works the same as /money, /bal, /balance, and more. Reason: I feel that this may be something someone may try when they first start out, but don't figure out how to check their balance. I also think another shorthand would be nice, and it does relate to the whole /money command as it is anyway. Any Other Information: I would use this command a lot more, as it's shorter, and nearly foolproof to type Link To This Plugin: -
I've grown fairly accustomed to /bal so it wouldn't really affect me but coming from the point of view of a new player it seems pretty reasonable +1
I guess +1 All servers use Essentials for the money, so on 99.9% of servers /bal and /money is standard. Would probably only take 1 minute to fix, probably just a config option.
Dunno about Minecraft and plugin coding, but in a lot of things, inputting symbols like $ make things break, do weird stuff, or simply don't work. If it's possible though, I see no reason not to add it.
I dont think if it is really neccessary. /money is pretty standard and there are also tons of things telling you how to do that or /bal ect. Also you can ask someone if youre still lost. Also, I can actually type /bal quicker because it only requires one more button press and the keys are more accessible on the keyboard (and also Ive typed the command thousands of times already to make it even easier) so I dont think this would make a meaningful difference to shortcuts at all That being said if it is super easy to do I dont see it hurting anyone so +1/-1.
-1 not needed but +1 seems like good idea, but I think everyone is ok with the current $ commands atm
When a player joins ecc, I think he/she would most likely use /money before they use /$. And /$ takes 3 keys ("/" "shft+4") /bal takes 4 keys ("/" "b" "a" "l") I don't think a key shorter is going to save that much time. -1 respectfully disagree, not worth the time.
It won't even take that much time. From when I did plugins and stuff I think there was a way to make a command equal another command so basically an alias which if I remember correctly it would take 2-7 mins, 10 minutes tops.
I just think it would be a pointless add on since theres all ready /bal and /money, it's not hard to type in:/
-1 Sorry i know some people may disagree but i dont think we need 3 commands to do the same thing /bal is completely fine and quick.
