I suggest that there needs to be a valid reason to kick someone out of your town, so if you built something that you worked on for a while in a town then get kicked out for some simple thing like annoying the town owner about something out of the actual game or because your friend told you to. I really think this should be considered for all the people that lost good buildings for no reason. Please leave all feedback in replies.

    Thank you,

If there isn't a reason then it is required that you are given a three day notice. During that time you are allowed to remove all of your things including your building you made.

annoying the town owner is a reason to kick you.... and also there are rules against how they can kick you and how long they have to give u before they kick you.

What constitutes a 'valid reason'? who determines a 'valid reason'? Would we literally use the vague term 'valid reason' in the rules, or would we make a list of valid reasons? Is evidence of this 'valid reason' required?

Personally, I don't see an issue with the current system. If a mayor is found to be abusing their residents by the staff team then they will be handled, that aside though why should we need a 'valid reason'. The resident of the town doesn't legally own the land, the mayor does. If I sell Phys a plot in my town and she builds on it, then everything she built is hers. At the end of the day, the town is mine. If I decide she's rude to me or w/e then I have the right to tell her to leave. If I had to prove it then it would be a subjectivity issue of what 'rude' is and if it constitutes as a 'valid reason'.

Basically what I'm saying is that no one would be evicted ever except for inactivity if this was implemented because it would be so hard to define validity in this case. Therefore, I cannot get behind this suggestion.

    The wiki states:

That's for taking away your property, which pretty much means that you're kicked from the town. Also, the Mayor of the town has the right at all points in time to remove people from their town, so long as they abide by the rules stated in Clause 3 above. I personally find it okay and will have to go against this suggestion. -1
