    Suggestion: Make WorldEdit Cheaper! There are people who are so happy they have just got mayor and now they can start to build, but wait a second. They CAN'T! They have to flatten the land! You can hire people or do it yourself but that too long and worldedit costs too much too people who have just spent their 85k on mayor. I suggest making WorldEdit 25k---> 10-15k.

    Reason: Its more reasonable and it probably takes andrewkm only about 5-15 minutes to do a WorldEdit. So why make it so much? And think of it this way. Andrew you will probably have more people being interested in WorldEditing if you lower the price. People who are not rich, I would say there are a lot of non-rich mayors/presidents (me) trying to get money for flattening land and what not, will be more willing to spend their money because they can most likely afford this.

    This is the problem...
    The lower the price, the more people buy it. The thing you are missing is that the more people buy it, the more work it is for Andrew to do the worldedit. Let's say every week, 4 more people do it... Assuming it takes him 15 minutes, he'd have another hour wasted.
    Don't think he has tons of free time either. He spends 6-7 hours a day on this server, minimum. Just because you do not see him working, doesn't mean he isn't. Applications can take hours for him, then there is donations, updates, Minecraft updates, adding/removing features, balancing the economy, keeping everyone happy, all the PM's he gets, demoting/promoting/other things with staff, brainstorming ideas for things to add/remove to keep people playing, paying for the server/ventrilo/website... I could go on and on. He doesn't have free time to spend, that extra hour a week is a pain.

    As well, I don't think he wants to encourage people to worldedit it. I once had my town on a completely untouched, unworldedited landscape. It was amazing and many good times were had there... Be creative, you don't need worldedits to get around.

    I agree with this, personally I like towns a lot more that are not world edited or flat. They look nicer. Just my two cents.

    W.E. is 25k? thats cheap......... well if you`re rich but if SMods had the power to do World Edit then i`d support this but really Andrewkm has a life too you know he doesn`t just do ECC all day

    The reason it's so much is to help facilitate taking more money out of the economy to keep it balanced and stop it from inflating. (That's the reason for all app prices, along with making it so that you have to work to get what you want) While making it cheaper would increase the volume and probably make the amount taken out similar, it would still create more work for Andrew to do, and as pointed out he already spends some ridiculous amount of time on the server.

    Once apon a time WE use to be free.
    It would cause major lag and one day old man ike lost alot of diamonds due to a WE crash.
    To that day WE has became something that isn't easy to get since it would lag us :3

    You are supposed to hire people if you want cheap digging work, worldedit is for the rich and lazy.
