Brief Description: While wheat is a semi-automatic crop, there is still a lot of work and time that goes into farming it. The most efficient way to farm wheat is by paying other users, such as builders and residents, to plant the seeds for you. This gives stable income for builders and residents, but with the current price of $1.50 the owner of the farm can't make an income for themselves while paying others to assist them in farming. The former price of $2 was not at all overpowered when you consider the fact that most people with large farms pay others to help them plant. If someone does all of the planting himself then they deserve to be paid a little bit more than what they currently get.
