Adding the countdown to vote when you /vote​

Reason:

I believe this idea would be very useful when checking to see when we can vote again. Could help keeping track to vote easier, then having to click a link and test to see when or waiting for the message to pop up.​

Other Information:

It could possibly fit in the initial message about voting.
