Neither because personally it helps me and its not that annoying to me just my opinion I like it though :/

 

This is a helpful tool for users like me, who don't want to go enter a Captcha to figure out if they voted in the last Twenty-Four hours. As far as my knowledge, there's a way to remove this, and that's by voting. It encourages users to vote too get that annoying reminder off the Screen. It's quite helpful to many other users as well, though it may be a bit annoying and 'Spamish'; as I stated above, is that all you have to do is vote.

In the long run (The end of the month) you may be walking out of the Voting shop with Bags in hand full of EcoCityCraft Gift cards and Diamonds! That's why I love the feature, I used to vote every so often, and sometimes even forgetting about it, and ruining my entire Voting routine. With this feature, it completely eliminates that. I'd rather go vote, and get money for doing so, then just ignoring the Vote reminder, and get spammed all day, wouldn't you?

As for the 10 minute intervals, I don't agree with 100%, more like, 60%. :p What I thought be best is make it every 5 minutes, that way the Reminders arn't to spread out, and you miss your vote by two minutes, just because the Vote reminder came in two minutes late. :p Although this is rare, it's something that would happen to me, hence I forget things as soon as a new topic is arisen.

So overall I think that they shouldn't be removed, but if the time is to be changed, I think five minutes would be a perfect amount of time. Sorry if my opinion wasn't clear to others, I just woke up and my brain isn't functioning properly. :p

 

I like it the way it is. For some users I have heard complaints that it keeps reminding them after they've voted (bug maybe) but there's no down side to voting. It's free money. :3

 

I just plain think it is bull crap, you are forced to vote on something. If Andrew really wants to get people to vote then hey make it for the NON DONATORS. I have given this server over 100 dollars, granted that may not be a lot to some but the issue still remains. I should not have to vote / or get annoyed by requests to vote if I have given the server money. And to some extent, I have a problem voting because it is a way for Andrew to get more people. Not saying that is a bad thing, but with all the problems this server has had, and still has, why would I encourage more people to come and play on it?

 

This server is the best server I have ever been on. No doubt about it. Currently, I cannot donate money because my parents don't agree and I have no way of making money. I can soon though :)

To show my support, I vote. I would always get mad when I missed a day or forgot to do it because I was busy. The constant "annoyance" of the reminders don't force me to vote. The remind. Hence the name VoteReminder. This way, I don't have to enter a CAPTCHA only to find out I voted within the past 24 hours. (Like Jetscat said) This tool will help other users vote and get us to the top of the list.

There are many benefits from voting: $1,250, 20 Pork, Shows support, Draws people to the server.

What is the downside of voting? Trick question. There is none.

So, why would you not vote? If you donated money and you still play, you obviously still like the server. To get rid of the 3/4 lined reminder that shows up every 3 minutes, simply vote. It many not go away immediately, but it eventually will.

 

Personally and in my opinion, I believe that people should vote for the server because they like it and wish for it so succeed, not simply for the rewards it gives. The voting reminder makes it as though you either vote, or become spammed every few minutes. So, I wish for it to be removed, as I will vote on my own time and I am not busy doing other things. :cool:

 

I actually would like it if there was a way to disable it for that session. It can be annoying and occasionally forces me to turn off chat if it just won't go away. It ocasionally glitches out too and I vote but it won't register that I did

Firstly im not accusing but, Its like holding us to hostage and forcing us to vote so we dont get spammed every 3 minutes, are we that desperate for votes?

 

As for the people who like it, that is great for you all. That is fine, make it a way to help those people keep it. But as for me I don't like being forced to do something. I occasionally voted prob once every week or so. But what Andrew is forcing people to do is wrong. Voting on any type platform is a choice or has a choice associated with it. By you blindly clicking on the vote you are supporting something that you have no control over. Again I believe Andrew should do this for the people who have not donated but the donators should have the choice.
