Let people transfer their old shop "as is" if all signs are removed. Sometimes you don't wanna have to start from scratch, or like the previous design and want to keep it. Why force people to go through the trouble of taking it down?
Due to administration / custom plugin reasons we will not be accepting this / changing the current app process. Perhaps once we overhaul the entire market in the future we can look back at making some app changes.
