    Suggestion: Allow people to apply for a town rename.

    Reason: Honestly, i am quite sure many people buy/claim/transfer towns but dont really like the name and want it changed but cannot do that. Maybe make a $30k applciation you file for the town name change and the application change.

    Any Other Information: I understand that this might make town tracking harder, however with nicit's idea this might be easier: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/suggestion-towns.123261/

    town rename would include, portals, warps, pvp arenas. Sounds like a hefty chore. It would have to be considerably expensive and it would require portals being remade, pvp areas being renamed and warps being remade.

    I don't think it's worth it, but if someone absolutely wants it I'd say make it very expensive... like.. 150k.

    maybe add 10k for every town feature town has? Some towns are claimed with nothing but chests.
