Accepted [Suggestion] Town names in /mailregion

To change the syntax a /mailregion recipient sees.

Reason:
I received a /mailregion information (which, annoyingly, is only distinguishable from /mail by the absence of [ ]) and had to search for quite a while to find out which towns are owned by the sender and which of those towns I am a member of. Basically, it should be possible to see which town the message is about.

Link To This Plugin/Is this a custom addition?: The /mailregion code in whichever plugin it was added to when it was introduced to ECC.

 

"Username" in my code always refers to the name of the sender. It is visible with the current format and would be visible with the proposed syntax.
