[Suggestion] The End setup

    Suggestion:
    3 things -
    1. make entire center island protected/non-PvP
    2. spawn all possible 20 end gateway portals
    3. increase size of The End from 5,000 to 10,000

    Reason:
    1. this would cause the center island to act as a hub for those to move outward in The End. It would also prevent any grief to the end gateway portals as has already happened in the first generated End.

    2. give players plenty of options to move outward beyond the center island. The portals lead directly outward from the center point of the fountain in the direction the initial portal is as demonstrated here. Using the end gateway portals instead of the warp that is currently in The End is preferred as well as it cannot be griefed by the Ender Dragon.

    3. due to the lack of islands within an approximate 1,000 block radius of the center island, I believe the size of the world border should be increased to allow more exploration. As shown on the wiki here, there is a donut shaped gap of emptiness that separates the center island with the remaining generated End. Since islands don't start regenerating until around 1,000 blocks away from the center island, the protected region that is set for spawn can be sized at around 700 blocks in diameter to ensure future regenerations of The End are fully protected.

    Any Other Information:
    1. For making the entire center island protected/non-PvP - If the Ender Dragon were to respawn at some point eventually, stairs/ladders could be setup to lead to some end crystal towers for easier access and possibly re-enabling PvP while the Ender Dragon is alive. This would be left up to andrew obviously and isn't a part of this suggestion.
    2. For creating all possible 20 end gateway portals - The only downside I see to this being done is that during the monthly regeneration of The End world, one would need to spawn/kill 20 Ender Dragons to spawn the gates (unless a script/plug-in could be written to bypass this - or perhaps save a schematic of the center island to keep for all regens.) As well the portals would need to be activated and spawned on the outer islands before the map is released publicly as the location the gateway portals lead to can be manipulated as shown in this video.

    I will tag SA's as I know andrew has stated to post new suggestions after the planned End changes are in effect.

    I agree with 1 and 2, but 3 I can't agree with.

    5k x 5k is already really large. The point of keeping it small is to incite competition amongst users. That's the goal andrew's trying to achieve with the whole "make big buck in the end" thing, people fighting each other for the money making.
    making it 10kx10k would QUADRUPLE the size of the world. That's WAAAY too large. Why would I even bother fighting people if I can just move all the way to the recesses of The End and be safe for weeks?

    +1. Personally as a person who is terrible at pvp, I would benefit by a huge map. However, I think the point of it is to make it hardcore pvp and that would defeat the purpose and might break the economy if people can get in corners and be safe for days. Maybe start with 5kx5k and bump up to 7.5kx7.5k if it proves too broken for any but the most amazing pvpers to do.

    I agree with this post entirely. Last night I helped Video with clearing out the end portal that was covered in lava. Seems to me some players are greedy and obviously this needs to change to allow everyone a fair chance at going through the portal. It seems they are also trying to break the blocks on the other side as well.

    Also how is one supposed to farm the chorus plants if one cannot plant the chorus plants in the end?

    Every time I have tried to place the chorus flowers down it says farming for that plant is not allowed in the end.

    Since it is at the spawn... Won't it be better to make it PvE instead of PvP? So that players can focus killing the dragon instead of killing other players who are trying to kill the dragon.

    I want the end 2500x2500 or less. The first spawn island should be protected, but kept PvP. This can act as the PvP world we lost some time ago.

    Spawn island protected and the subsequent portal to the other side protected for a very short radius so people don't just remove the blocks around it so when you go through you don't fall to your death. @kukelekuuk00 idk someone told me the end is also derpy as of late.
