Suggestion: Changing that Builders - Residents do get temp bans.

Reason: I have probably never seen a Builder and or Resident get a temp ban issue, when a grief happens a builder needs to make a '[Ban Apeeal]', then hope to be unbanned, when so they get unbanned, no temp ban issue is in result. While a Mayor - EcoLeader will be issued a temp ban. Don't think 10/10 Presidents in ECC have read the rules. Same with Mayors. Mainly I think Builders and Residents should be issued a temp ban because they aren't noobs, not like to be treated like a noob so why not give Temp Bans?

Any Other Information: No, just I want ECC to know that a Builder and Resident may read the rules, while a President probblay never.

Link To This Plugin: No need.

The difference here is that builders and residents are often new to ECC, and aren't exactly clear on the rules.

As a mayor+, you should have been on long enough to realize what is right or wrong.
Sometimes, bans for builders or resident are temp. aswell.

All in all, I disagree and think mayors should know far better and personally they should never show up in the ban requests unless for loan scamming

    ....where to start...

...what makes you think what that presidents would "probably never" read the rules... while a president would.... all thoes presidents were at one point builders and residents... and they "may have read the rules at that point....

...now... i'll ask again... why wouldn't presidents read the rules? as all ranks i've read the rules extensively.. the only way your argument would make sense, is if you were implying that the presidents+ thaught of themselves as... "above the rules"...

and thirdly... the mods arn't "rank bias" the rules are the same for all the ranks, and will be treated as such

so....from what i gather from this your saying that we should give temp ban's to builders and residents because they arn't noobs?....

firstly... i think you dont realise just how many users... is specific... builders we have join... and how many break the rules and get banned... if we issue temp-bans to them all... they will come back and do the same... however, if they really want to join our great server, they will appeal, and become apart of our comminuty.

secondly.... why would mayor+ me more "noobish" then the builders and residents that just join...

Temp bans are situational. We do expect mayors and presidents to know better; you do need to go through a lot more apps to get where you are than builders and residents do. Most builders who appeal for grief in my experience don't appeal for several months after their ban has been issued, and therefore it's trivial to give such users a tempban if they've been gone for several months.

Furthermore, all bans are permanent until appealed. There are few exceptions to that.
