Suggestion:
Make this link: http://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/spawn-shop-availability-thread.93621/#post-469039 A Sticky in the Resident Application section so it is easier, and faster to find when applying for a Shop (since it is a Resident+ option)

Or atleast add his map to the other list.

Reason:
It would allow for a faster access to the list, as I've constantly forgot where it was, and it would make sense for it to be placed as a Sticky in this section.
