I suggest that the staff rules be changed a little. I've noticed that whenever there is a ban appeal and the user is suggesting that it was caused by something in real life the staff has to deny it. So you, andrewkm, should let the staff have more freedom and judgement. also the rules shouldn't be so strict. I think that the staff team should have more creative freedom when it comes to laws and be not have to copy and paste every grief report. the charges should vary more between each staff member showing there personality not showing E.C.C.'s personality. E.X. I have two accounts that I play on E.C.C. with thebigJ44 and this one but now my friend plays on thebigJ but thats beside the point. when I broke a contract with kirby1699 he posted a complaint. But I had screenshots proving that he had to take down the complaint but he didn't. And when revanrose6 posted on the complaint she said that she looked it over with another staff member. Now that got me excited. Do you know why? Because I had found that the she had to look at it twice which made me feel a sense of accomplishment because I had stumped her and she needed another staff member to help her look at it. So if you gave the staff more freedom she wouldn't have been stumped because she could have acted out of her judgement not the rules. So as I conclude this suggestion I want you andrew to just sit and think about this. Do you trust your staffs judgement if so prove it by giving them more freedom in what they do.
