What's wrong with how things are? It doesn't take very long at all to type a response directing a player to the appeals section.
I don't want intimidating messages on staffs profiles, I don't think they're needed.-

I really don't see how it's intimidating, it's not a "don't ask me anything" it's more of a "Don't ask me to unban you, file a appeal and it'll be handled shortly".-

I don't think it's entirely necessary, but it's really nothing other than a helpful hint.
Maybe not "don't post here" but like:
Click here to post a Complaint.
Click here to post a Ban Appeal.

At the end of the day, staff can just delete these profile posts anyway so what the point?

Because we can add the benefit of giving new players easy-to-access information. It's not just fixing a problem, it's adding something beneficial.
