[Suggestion] Staff/Former Staff

The banner is not to show reward its so other users can tell there staff.

 

thats the point. you dont become staff for a medal. the banner is the closest thing

 

You don't need a pixel medal to recognize us as previous staff.

You'll remember us if we deserve to be remembered, it shouldn't be shoved down your throats.

i agree wit nicit you get a banner and not all mods are great and some people would try for staff just for the medal
