My suggestion is to create a group that stabilizes the economy. At the moment the n-star market is swinging out of control. At this point in time there is no governing system for the economy. The n-star crises may have been avoided (or could be stopped) if there was a way to do so.
My reasoning for this is that a stable economy is good not only for consumers but for retailers and manufacturers as well.
The goal of a strong economy can be completed by buying and selling. Say with the current n-star issue, our group could take n-stars out of the economy (by buying them from people). But if the n-star issue was reversed and the demand for n-stars was higher than the supply then our group could add n-stars into circulation etc.
This suggestion was inspired by "Peter the Blonde's nstar market talk [A business must read!"

The nether stars market is arguably the only 'healthy' market on ECC (perhaps alongside quartz). It is by far the market which has the most realistic concept of supply & demand. Yes they're expensive, but I don't think we should start messing with the one market which works largely on its own. Perhaps an extra voting site or two, but I wouldn't support having a group which could put nstars into the economy or take them out.

Don't regulate a perfectly healthy market that doesn't need regulations.-

I think that we don't need much change. Along with @Dewsy92 I think another voting site, maybe 2, will work wonders.
