You mean automatically upon touching spawn be given something like say the SpeedII potion effect?

Spawn isn't too large to need a speed boost for traveling... As well, walking normal speed in spawn 'encourages' users to look around and explore by noticing things.

 

I don't think the plugin would work, we're spigot not bukkit :p

Type '/warp shopmarket' for speed at spawn.

 

I actually like this idea. More speed = I can get places faster. And when I'm only coming to spawn to go to the mining world or the market, I'd prefer speed.

I also don't have the donation features to be able to do /warp.

 

There is a donation feature for it, plus what Moofink said, I don't think this should be added.

 

I think the speed 2 potion effect will help at spawn i could really use it because i think spawn is really big if you think about it
