Suggestion: Add a question "Which EcoCityCraft service(s) were you banned from?" to the Ban Appeal format.

Reason: It may be a bit unnecessary overall but it would eliminate some of the confusion in appealing bans for services that aren't just the server, as some people get confused as to where they're supposed to appeal TeamSpeak bans. It could also serve the purpose of appealing bans across multiple services, for example, if someone appeals a ban where they're banned from the services "Server and TeamSpeak", if the appeal is approved the staff unban them from the services listed, reducing clutter of multiple appeals for different services.

Any Other Information: Not really, though I'm unsure of the current administrative processes that would be involved in making this change.
