I hate when this happens. You have to tell them in-game, and they still don't listen. I think a staggered message that pops up every 30 seconds should suffice to grab their attention to vote.

Just a simple automated message upon entering an arena would suffice rather than a repeated message. +1

 

I think that wouldn'T even need to work with the SG plugin, WorldGuard enables this, too (Message on entering the area & Message on leaving the area is possible)...not sure which plugin would be easier then.
