Reason:
From my understanding, the "No symbols" rule is caused by the fact that the server console displays symbols as "?", but mainly that in the logs, it transforms a message with symbols into something messed up.

which I assume to be the main reason for this rule, because of messed up logs. I have by now seen multiple people speaking of symbols that mess up the logs, but seem to appear on such a "Standard keyboard" (Varying countries).

If there are greater reasons for this rule, please enlighten me. :p

Also, the current symbol rule is only mentioned in 4.1.3, shouts. 4.1., general chat, only mentions "symbols" with spamming. Also, a "standard keyboard" could need a closer definition, anyway.

Any Other Information:
To sum it up:
EITHER
1. Define the term "Standard keyboard" or
2. just allow ASCII in chat. (Even ANSI code seems to mess up logs.)

Also, add the symbol rule not only to shouts, but to the chat section itself.

In that case - what is a standard keyboard? Standard US keyboard? I have seen some keyboards labeled "standard" with cent signs. Not allowed.
Standard UK keyboard? Oh wait, that has the pound symbol which is not allowed.
Standard german keyboard? ä/Ä ö/Ö ü/Ü ß here. (Excluding § since it can't be posted in chat.)
