Suggestion: I am suggesting that an infinite trade sign be made at the spawn much like the ones that currently sell xp except this ones purpose would be to buy xp.
Reason: I think it would be a good idea as it would protect the fatcats of the server from having the price of xp fall through too far. Imagine a world gone topsy turvy as xp was sold at a 1 : $1 ratio. Tycoons who rely on the xp trade would have to make smaller solid diamond houses.
Other Information: Maybe a trade ratio of 1 orb : $2 exp for a lower limit cap on the xp market which is going into a death spiral. Maybe then with a large lucrative sink, large amounts of xp will be sold straight to the server and the rest of us fatcats will be able to enjoy the xp market and larger houses made of solid diamond.
Link to this plugin: Don't think a plugin would be needed, just a trade sign or two much like ones already in existence at spawn

I very much like this idea because of where the current exp prices are at; I think if it were buying exp at 3$ per orb it would be very very good for the economy and for the player economy of exp

I both like this and don't.
Why I don't: I just don't like how we can already sell most everything to the server already. I like user to user interaction.
Why I do: This would reduce the amount of enchanted items and hopefully raise their value.

It's been suggested before, but the xp market hasn't ever been this low before either... Would b a lot like diamonds having a server price.

$2 per orb is better than $3, in my opinion. If it was set to $3, there would be a very small window for users to sell xp at, because the buy price is currently $4 per orb.
