Add the Abilitie to sell every item in a chest that you own fully

Suggestion:
using /sell chest to sell every item in a chest that you are the sole owner of if you aren't full owner you can't sell it also if it has an item in it that has been /owned you can't use this command also put a cool down of say 1 hours on it
Reason:
Making quick sale of a lot of items faster we already have a price database simply attaching the prices as a total to the chest would make mass sales more efficient.
[If items without a price are in the chest the chest would not sell those items only those items able to be sold.
